Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Vaultly account, what information is removed, and what may be retained when required.
Delete Inside The App
If you still have access to the app, open Settings > Account > Delete Account to permanently remove your synced account and cloud data directly from the app.
Request Deletion by Email
To request deletion via email, you can reach out directly to vaultly.app@gmail.com.
What Gets Deleted
- Your Vaultly user account and authentication credentials.
- All cloud-synced financial records (transactions, recurring plans, budgets).
- Personal app preferences and category metadata.
Important Notes
Before proceeding with account deletion, we strongly recommend that you export all necessary data onto your local device storage using our CSV or JSON export tools in the settings menu. Once an account is deleted and servers are purged, cloud backups cannot be recovered.
